1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and ku9r ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the ku9r platform in any capacity — whether browsing, depositing, placing bets, playing games, or communicating with support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the ku9r website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by ku9r.

2Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the ku9r platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ku9r operates a strict 21+ policy and will verify the age of account holders where required.
• You are registering as a private individual for personal, recreational use only. Registrations made on behalf of a business entity, association, or third party are not permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ku9r platform, and your account has not been previously suspended or terminated for any reason.
• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any other person when registering or operating your account.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ku9r platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the ku9r platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one registered account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ku9r immediately at [email protected].
• ku9r reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

By registering, you consent to ku9r contacting you via the mobile number or email address provided during registration for the purposes of account administration, security notifications, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting [email protected].

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ku9r supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• All funds deposited to your ku9r account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or formally verified as belonging to the account holder. ku9r will not transfer funds to unverified third-party accounts.
• ku9r reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Where documentation has been requested, processing will be suspended until satisfactory documents are received.
• ku9r does not accept deposits or process withdrawals from or to sources associated with illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud. Accounts suspected of such activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's ku9r account within 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but ku9r endeavours to process all approved withdrawals within 24 hours of approval. ku9r is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network disruptions, or bank processing times.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ku9r offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are valid for eligible players only. ku9r reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover amount for each promotion will be stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts, the use of another person's identity, or collusion with other players, will be forfeited and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements and expiry dates stated in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings from free spins that are not wagered within the stated time window will expire automatically.
• ku9r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, any unconverted bonus balance will be removed from the affected accounts.

Players are entitled to opt out of all promotional communications by contacting [email protected]. Opting out of communications does not affect the player's eligibility for promotions that are automatically applied to active accounts; it only stops the receipt of marketing messages.

6Responsible Gaming

ku9r is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of free tools that all registered account holders may access at any time directly from their account settings to help manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) — preventing unintended overspending by capping the total amount that can be deposited within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — alerts displayed at configurable intervals to notify the player of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods — a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion — a permanent or long-term account restriction of six months to five years, which cannot be reversed during the exclusion period once applied.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku9r platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered by ku9r.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Using funds deposited from a payment source known to be fraudulent, stolen, or not belonging to the account holder.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability to gain unintended credits, winnings, or access.

8Account Suspension and Closure

ku9r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy published on the platform.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a legally valid self-exclusion request, responsible gaming intervention, or court order affecting the account holder.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, ku9r reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ku9r platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ku9r or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of ku9r.

ku9r grants registered users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, to use any data mining tools, to send unsolicited communications, or to use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its infrastructure.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9r, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform; any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; any content obtained from the platform; or any unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

ku9r makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Game outcomes are determined by certified third-party RNG systems and ku9r does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from any game. Gambling involves risk and players accept that they may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.

11Amendments to These Terms

ku9r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ku9r will endeavour to provide notice to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on record, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://ku9r.org/terms-conditions. The date shown at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ku9r operates as an online platform and disputes will be handled through the platform's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.

To initiate a dispute, players must contact ku9r support at [email protected] with a written description of the issue. ku9r will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through mutually agreed alternative means before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
